Building a Sustainable Legacy

Sustainability

For Donaeri Investments, sustainability is not a separate initiative; it is a core component of our mandate to create long-term, resilient value. We believe that a deep commitment to ESG principles is fundamental to building a future-proof portfolio, mitigating risk, and strengthening the group’s reputation as a responsible global leader.

Our commitment is rooted in the understanding that environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and strong governance are powerful drivers of financial performance and operational excellence.
Our ESG Framework

A Three-Pillar Approach

Environmental Stewardship

We actively seek to minimize the environmental footprint of our portfolio by investing in resource efficiency, promoting the adoption of clean technologies, and ensuring compliance with the highest environmental standards. We focus on reducing carbon emissions, conserving water, and promoting a circular economy across our assets.

Social Responsibility

We are dedicated to creating a positive social impact in the communities where we operate. This includes ensuring fair labor practices, promoting diversity and inclusion, and investing in projects that enhance community well-being, from healthcare to education. We believe that the success of the Holding is intrinsically linked to the prosperity of its people and communities.

Governance Excellence

We uphold the highest standards of corporate governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across all of our projects. Our rigorous governance framework is designed to protect the interests of all stakeholders, build trust, and ensure that every decision is made with integrity and a long-term perspective.

Our Environmental & Social Commitment

Our policies are designed to go beyond compliance to set higher internal standards for our portfolio.
Our environmental responsibility extends to protecting biodiversity and ecosystems. We prioritize investments in renewable energy, clean technology, and sustainable infrastructure. Across our portfolio, we mandate resource efficiency, carbon reduction, and pollution prevention measures. We conduct regular audits to ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
We believe in creating value beyond profits. This means ensuring that our investments promote human rights, labor safety, diversity, and community development. We work closely with our portfolio companies to ensure that tangible social benefits—from job creation and skills training to improved local infrastructure—are delivered alongside economic growth, fostering long-term market stability and stakeholder trust.

Our ESG Integration Framework

Our ESG Integration Framework ensures that every investment decision reflects not only strong financial fundamentals but also a deep commitment to positive environmental impact, social responsibility, and transparent governance.

01

ESG as a Core Investment Filter

We apply ESG screening as a mandatory evaluation layer in every potential deal. This involves a rigorous assessment of a company’s carbon footprint, resource efficiency, labor practices, community engagement, board structure, and anti-corruption measures. Projects or companies that fail to meet our baseline ESG standards are either declined or required to implement clear, measurable improvement plans before any capital from the Holding is invested.

02

Active Stewardship & Engagement

ESG integration is not a passive exercise; it requires active stewardship. We work closely with the leadership of our portfolio companies to implement ESG best practices and set measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As active owners, we use our influence to drive meaningful improvements in accountability and transparency, ensuring that ESG is embedded at both the strategic and operational levels.

03

ESG-Driven Risk Mitigation

A strong ESG foundation makes our assets more adaptable to global shifts in regulation, consumer demand, and market sentiment. By integrating ESG principles, we actively mitigate exposure to regulatory penalties, supply chain disruptions, reputational damage from labor disputes, and governance risks such as fraud or corruption.
